Good over here in Jersey Village. No water at my house and miraculously White Oak never overran its banks. Feeing blessed and lucky.

Checking in from Old Katy here, I think I must be on one of the highest elevations here. Tax Day flood no issues and now Harvey we stayed dry.

It was good to see the sun this afternoon.

I'm fine. Dry and never lost power.
Business has some minor roof damage that caused some leaks.

Very fortunate. Many friends are displaced.

The worst thing that I have is a busted shock on my truck from doing a rescue. No big deal I can fix all four while I drink beer.

I will be hanging up my golf clubs for awhile to help my golfing buddies perform demolition on their houses.

I'm not complaining at all. I am blessed and lucky to be in this good of shape after the last few days.

There are many people who won't have a normal life for a long time.

Prayers to all of you Houston and surrounding areas folks. 12 years ago today turned my world upside down. I know exactly what you're going through. Once it's all said and done it's just going to be a blip on the radar. Until then, hang in there, stay strong and roll with it. Good luck and God Bless.

Good to hear so many of you are getting by. A lot of good work and spiritual growth is happening.

Hang in and take care.

Just to let you guys know, I got a small blood blister on my right pinkie. I'll be okay.

My folks live in Nottingham off Fry. The original part. No flooding.

They're looking to sell eventually now that my dad is retiring and moving to Cane Island potentially. I told him he needs to put House Didn't Flood During Harvey in big arse red letters on the listing. They've don't a lot of nice renovations to the home so it should already fetch something decent but that could be a real value add.
