Cuck has taken on another meaning. Yes, quite literally it means a guy who let’s other men sleep with his woman, but it also has come to mean a guy who is spineless or a push over.

Maybe he was beta-ish in how he sounded and acted in video, but he’s the polar opposite of a cuck in that he successfully sued the guy for a ton of money.
In fairness to the claims that he acted like a beta, he was being filmed (presumably) by his wife during the confrontation. They were probably trying to provoke him into violence in order to press charges and/or file a restraining order. Whether he meant to or not, it was a smart move by the husband to somewhat keep his cool and not get physical, which wouldn’t have ended well for him.
