no homo but i never spit.
Although I have downsized to small pinches, a can lasts me 3 weeks or so and I usually have a pinch in if I am awake.

you can also get it from artificial sweetners. the meat we eat, veggies and fruit we eat that have pesticides on them, the air we breath, etc. They link cancer to literally everything
