Never owned a grunt style or any other Moto shirt like those. I enjoyed some of the simple under armour Marine Corps clothes. Still Moto, but not full retard.

Dysfunctional Veteran shirts are the worst though.

The only “motto” shirts I own are the two dozen or so unit shirts we made up over the years. We just took under shirts and had one of the guys draw us up a platoon logo or something. We’d then have a place offbase make them for the platoon. Some were halfway nice...others were not...lol. They’re all a size too small these days...but I still have them somewhere. These days, I like a comfortable button up. We couldn’t wear non-collard shirts off base, so the unit shirts were never worn unless we were at home or pt’ing on base. I always hated the feeling of wearing a cotton undershirt...I avoid it now at all cost.
