In regards to this I notice I make the same noises now that my dad used to make when I was little. I make the exact same groan he’d make when he stood up from the recliner.

The occasional groan or loud sigh when bending over to get something. It just happens involuntarily.

I’ve been groaning when I yawn since I was a kid. It feels better when you vocalize it.

I grunt a lot according to wife and grandchildren.I didn’t even realize I was doing it.
