I had the poster and even made a couple of models. A guy that owns a body shop near me drives one, and, after seeing it almost every day for a couple of years, I agree. Reminds me of the saying, "don't meet your heroes."

Had a Countach and a B-2 bomber poster on my wall when I was a kid.

Hilariously, I met one of my heroes and it wasn’t the Lambo. The B-2 definitely lived up the the hype

Back in the early 90s I use to dream of a fiero Lamborghini. Knew I could never afford the real thing and I thought it would be awesome.

I researched it and everything. Back then 35k was the price of a brand "new" fiero lambo kit car lol. I see they have not held their value

While I know that's just a POS Fiero, if I were doing a 80's-vintage supercar, I'd take the DeTomaso Pantera all day over a Lambo. Unlike the Lambo, you can actually keep it running with off-the-shelf Ford parts.
