Grand Jury Refuses to Indict Jacob Lee Bard over Dec 9 Shooting at KSU

Hopefully that's the end of it.
Probably a civil suit coming though with grifter lawyers representin'

I'm not lawsuit-happy, but they probably have a case against the university.

I was thinking the deceased man's family suing...

Yeah, Bard's family. Pretty clear that KSU failed in their obligations to provide a safe environment.
