GPS mapping solution for delivery/outside sales?

So I'm looking for a program/portal/whathaveyou that will allow you to put in multiple addresses and sort them by 'farthest to nearest'.
For instance, I don't know Jackson, MS... but I'm up there quite a bit and I want to put my hotel in as "home base" and target several appointments around town, but I don't want to drive here, there, then back over there, then back here so to speak...
Anyone know of a website/app/program that will allow me to develop a 'most efficient route' that I might be able to toggle sort?
