Meets someone at conference, then graduates, offered job, 3 interviews, and then a NDA agreement meeting (which apparently didn’t take), and the first weeks of employment had access to archive room of alien research and allowed to go through all of it???
How many reddit users are eating up this genetic stuff while getting others banned for mentioning genetics in regards to the 2 sexes?

Jesus the level of ignorance on “the others” on this board is ridiculous. (Your new masters and overlords are not going to like your lack of knowledge) let’s start with the basic:
The others: this is the agency name for all Non Human individuals (NHI) which includes non terrestrials, interdimensional, and interplanetary.
No let’s just start with which are commonly called aliens that are not original to earth.
Humans-allegedly we aren’t from here and are probably originally from Mars if not completely biologically engineered.
Short Greys- the dreaded kidnapping probing little bastards. You can crush them like a beer can if you aren’t under their control. They are like big ants or something. Probably partially mechanical or something. Before you get mad at them they are always working for someone else.
Tall Greys- often associated with little greys and probing, abduction, rape etc. They maybe “the others” in Dulce and maybe the aliens that we cut the deal with in 50s where they trade technology for DNA and probably bodies. Not real friendly or trustworthy and will kill you in a heart beat. Do not frick with ever. They are typically working with higher level aliens.
Mantis like- I am putting these here as they are often seen with tall and small greys. I believe that they are also involved in Travis Walton situation. Scary looking as hell, very very smart, and higher level alien that the greys. But universally said to be nice compassionate abs caring. (You are still getting probed but he will be nice about it and chill you out)They are considered benevolent.
Nordics: The tall very good looking blonde Germanic looking others. They like the Mantis are generally in charge. I believe they were also on Waltons seal when he got lost. They are allied with Mantis. Generally considered benevolent to us but who knows.
Reptilians-The big lizard like people that get blamed for everything. They have been around forever, maybe they are the actual snake in the garden of Eden. They are meat eaters like us and can be very aggressive and warlike like us, thus they are considered somewhat evil. However, it depends if you see them with a mantis thing or Nordic you are good, just like us it just depends.
There are a bunch of others like pledians, etc but they are really high level and they don’t typically don’t come here to often but direct the action.
(This is all based upon secondary sources btw)

There seems to be mostly a unisex description of the EBOs and genome, but there is also mention of mitochondrial DNA.
It also seems strange with having so much genetic detail in story that not sequencing the mitochondrial genome at time of employment is just lightly tossed out there as a nothing burger. That was sequenced early on for humans. It’s a lot smaller genome. I would think that learning something about the EBO’s Mitochondrial Eve would be high on the to do list.
I guess author could not come up with a good Eve story.
