Sounds like it was reinforcement to your point- i’ve never even heard of this before and apparently it’s been around for a while. Is this something that’s widely used?

Yeah, Norplant has been around for years. I remember learning about it in HS sex ed (early 90's). There's also the shot and the IUD(which is what my wife used before she had her tubes tied).

Not sure most of you baws realize that taxpayers will be footing the bill for all of this: the drug screens, abortions, $1000 “reward.” Etc.

Well my plan for Star Chamber .22 caliber retroactive abortions is cheap as shite. We should implement it immediately.

This wouldnt be a bad idea. Right now we have a system that encourages certain groups to have lots of children and live off the state. We need a system that encourages them not to do that. Think about this we have to fully support the kid for 18 years and they get a tax credit for having it every year.
I’d be of with offering $3,500 per child.
Louisiana would be in such better financial state after 15 years of this.
