I don’t care for Landry, but some of yall need to get your heads from your asses. I don’t understand why making a plea to bring additional business here is a bad thing, no matter how unlikely it is. You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.

It’s backwards, we don’t want outsiders type thinking that keep us at the bottom of meaningful rankings.

Exactly. What money you save in whatever TIF we offer you must be paid in the form of campaign contributions to those involved with securing your exemptions.
