So you're too stupid to infer the difference between "shut down" establishments and those serving takeout/delivery and likely didn't know the order was already in effect for most of the state population.

Don't need an article, anymore. State issue bars and dining rooms closed, along with schools. Up to this point, they allowed it to be a local decision, left up to interpretation.

It was an actual Live new conference a few minutes ago where he signed an executive order for the ENTIRE STATE
