Your complaints are consistent with Eustachian tube dysfunction. I’d return to your ENT & report what you’re hearing. I hear that complaint frequently in adults with tubes for recurrent middle ear pathology secondary to ETD. He may prescribe ear drops or a nasal spray to help.

The frick you dont ask the doctor. Sounds like you got a brain issue, not an ear issue.

You can get better advice on the OT, and you don't need health insurance

Do you have ringing, and fullness in the ear? I supposedly have Ménière's disease in my left ear, and I'm told I'm essentially fricked, at least for that ear. It is degenerative, and there is little they can do about it.
