I knew it was poxs bday. I cant get off work because this is the only saturday I am working in six weeks. The place we used to buy cupcakes is closed now so I have no idea.

Any tips on the perfect rotel dip? I am doing a meat rotel dip for my brothers wedding shower today as well as boiling crawfish.

I wanted to do sausage but his fiance says she is picky about that. I think I am just going to brown up some ground meat and add a pack of chili or taco seasoning. Just trying to get the amount of cheese and rotel right.

I think it's one can rotel, one brick velveeta (the regular size one)

I forgot the ratio of cans to velveeta sticks. One can every two? Been a while. Ground meat and taco seasoning sounds good enough.
