this board will hate it but it's the best thing ever served over egg noodles
Screw it...and I snapped the pic. I love any dish topped with crushed Ritz crackers. I can make a meal out of a box of those.
I put crashed Ritz on my green bean casserole

I wouldn't have room for those with the 2-3 extra containers of the onions on top

Didn’t even know these existed. That will take my gb casserole up a notch.

I've never had Lebanese food
they used to have a gyro place in the mall and that slab of meat on a stick grossed me out. that's the same thing right?

I like that too Paige and I think I forgot to buy some and I just substituted ritz for that and it was amazing.

Paige, I have the jalapeño at home and they’re very hot.

The first thing I thought of when I saw that pic was to melt a shite ton of cheddar cheese on top of the crackers, until the cheese gets crispy. You think that would be good or ruin the dish? Kinda like ritz chicken au grautin.

No, I think that's probably lamb shish kabob if it's on a stick. Gyro is good, but I get that certain people don't like it.
But trust me on this. Just get an order of chicken shwarma and rice. The chicken is shaved off of this broiler, crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside. And seasoned with a lot of garlic. It's so good.
But don't go to a cheap place. It's got to be a good Lebanese restaurant. Bad restaurants serve shitty shwarma.

hmmm. it's tough to say because it's pretty perfect
though cheese is almost always a welcome addition
maybe i'll melt a little cheese on a portion

Maybe the phallic nature of it?

I'm going to make your version. BEGF and kids are VERY picky eaters. But they do like chicken and casserole dishes. This could be a hit. And it looks fairly simple. I'm constantly trying to find recipes they all like. Picky as f*ck.
