Fish, a pot rack in a kitchen like your guest house would probably do great. Build it yourself and maybe buy the pot hooks.

Fish, I would not do a pot rack unless your space absolutely dictates it due to lack of storage. It creates division in the middle of a gathering space IMO and your wife will want all new pots and pans that are show-worthy.
