Hey Tidal. I wish you had some gas stations on your way that are similar to those in south LA. Buying a few boudin balls for the trip is almost heavenly.

This storm came in from WSW. It was a solid line, but ended just below Venice. The heavy winds lasted about 2 minutes but it took down some things that Irma didn't bother.
Irma was still worse but this one was briefly scarier.

She is 19. "Little Hangit" is funny. She is about 13+" taller than you.
I noticed something funny in your etouffee pic yesterday. The view was from very close to the stove's height. It was an eye opener for me because I never thought about the perspective difference in how we all view the world.
I know, duh. Someone who is 4'11.75" has a different camera angle.
