Barry McCokinya is a good one. Out of city park I believe.

Rob Noel at Money Hill is a kung fu master of the game, he might be a little too advanced for beginner lessons though. Blaine Patin, unless I'm completely butchering his name, is also really good. Think he's at Metarie CC but don't hold me to that
