Almost everything on here is cheaper than I can go down to WalMart and buy it for. I guess inflation hasn't caught up with the prison system yet.

Because the prison system has become little more than a profit driver and has frick all to do w/actually correcting poor behavior. It's why the US has nearly a quarter of the people imprisoned in the entire world.
