Morning all. On my way to FL for a much needed weekend trip, finally lost it at work yesterday after a very stressful past 2 months. Have TMJ jaw issues from work related stress. Just about over Catahoula Lake/our Pineville friends

I wish! But my back has been acting up, started hurting bad after I did an easy recovery ride yesterday. Seeing my Dr about it on Monday. It’s been bugging me off/on for a couple weeks now. So no bike right now, maybe will try some stretching or some of their yoga classes.
Hair appointment this am but thinking of sitting in hot tub in a few minutes for my back
