I do not believe it is a serious tear as I have support when I push, but it just hurts and is inflamed.
The issue is healing something like that, it seems like a nightmare, esp how active I am with training and yes walking Nymeria.

From the pic you showed you won’t be walking your dog anytime soon…. Your feet take a great deal of wear and tear every single day… and when something goes wrong with one of them it HAS to heal correctly or you will have lingering problems…

I know, it is soo hard to not use your damn feet. I'm going to get a walking boot or something, because like you said, it will take forever to "heal" the "heel".
