I realized how much I had compromised things to please my husband after I got divorced. It was nice to be able to do all the things I liked that he never wanted to do. It made me happy without me realizing it and I felt way more myself when I started dating again.

Morning all. Nasty day outside, no sun, fog, drizzle. Looks like inside is the place to be. Wife has pictures for me to hang in one of the back rooms. I guess that will be as energetic as I'll be today. Hope the sun is shining where you are.

Starting to feel a little better. Just still achy all over but rest has gone away

I hear Babar and his wife are up this am. That’s what I have named the neighbors above me because they sound like elephants when they walk around their apartment. Like it’s ridiculous. Don’t know if cause old apartment or cause they are both big and having stomping type gait. I am so tempted to say something to them but don’t know if that will just make it worse.

We lived in an apartment with the same issue. Couple living above us both tipped the scales over 250. Only thing worse than their stomping on the floor was their very vocal primal mating sessions. It was a glorious day when they moved. Not so much for the cleanup people that had to detoxify that place.

That is a blessing in itself.
My wife wanted me to move the bed to the other side of the room. She was afraid the ceiling fan was going to fall out of the ceiling from the earthquake-like vibrations coming from above. We can laugh about it now, back then not so much.
