Yeh I would say we are back to 100%. The only thing I have trouble with is my cardio but that could be from missing workouts for 2 weeks. So not sure if that is a lingering effect from the rona or me just being out of shape a little bit. It’s amazing how fast you lose your cardio endurance at 38 years old. The 17 year old just bounced back like she had a cold.

Sure. No prob. I gotta keep an eye on my 17 year old. Her tool of an ex bf broke up with her a few weeks ago and I think she is pretty much over it cuz she is like “oh maybe I’ll meet a cute boy at the beach.” :/ Nah girl you don’t need to meet anyone. Be single and enjoy your youth.
