The renters were deeply background checked and qualified. They also had to put up a $15k deposit and had strict rules to follow.

Yeah essence actually brings some good well to do folks to the city who will spend $$. Just too many others give it a bad name.

they had a certain room that was off limits where they locked up all the valuables and whatnot....that room was like a fortress.
But you're right..dont think I could let a bunch of strangers stay in my house for 5 nights while I wasn't there.
