Do any of the old folks dance when you play? I am sure some of them could cut a rug back in the day. It is cool that your efforts are rewarded by seeing them have a good time.
I am trying to think of a cool song for you to add to your repertoire' but am drawing a blank. Maybe another cup of coffee will get me there.

It's Assisted Living at $2000 a month.
It's cool when they sing a long.They are the only audience(8 people) that I've ever played for.
If someone told me 17 years ago,when I picked up a guitar,that I would be playing and singing for 80 year old women,I would have said,"Yeah,sure I will."

They liked The White Stripes "We are Gonna be Friends".
Mostly,they like songs they know,which is a challenge.
