Yeah I have to work Christmas Eve. There are 3 of us IPs in my department. The other two wanted off so I'll be in the office. However....doubt I will be there past noon so won't be too bad.

My dad's dr doubled his klonopin dose (0.5 mg twice a day) and added 10 mg Paxil daily. So now he is on Paxil, klonopin, and seroquel.

Hoping the paxil makes a difference for him. His anxiety is through the roof right now. Making him physically feel weak and dizzy at times.

I hope it helps. I can't believe the Seroquel isn't enough to make him chill out. when I used to take it, it was very effective at calming me down

The seroquel does help him sleep. Sleep is no longer an issue for him so there is that.

Now we just play the waiting game with his meds to start really kicking him. He started new meds/doses like last Wed I think.

oh if he's just taking the sleep dose, he's taking a lot less

it sucks how most psych meds take forever to kick in
