Couldn't sleep last night.
Sometimes it happens, even with my bipolar RX.
I take Seroquel nightly, but I have PRN buspar & vistaril.
Did a podcast at 8 which I'm usually lying down already - and had to be up for a media day in abbeville for 630 a.m.
I've been working my arse off.
