My Viking Princess walked me too fast yesterday I think.. it’s just overworked hopefully and I’ll be back in action tomorrow. Might go get a compression sleeve to have on hand (on knee?)

Boneless chicken (poached) on an toasted english muffin w/cheddar topping. After many years of training and a few errors my bride has mastered the timing. Warms the plate and refills my coffee. Nice start to the day 4 me.

Today is going to be a strategy planning day to lay out the next 6 months. And clean my desk and purge my files. It’s gotten out of hand.
But then it’s all margaritas and sunshine after 1/2 or so of the day.
