Club crackers. Just at the end of my rope.. too much bad stuff at one time…I’m lonely, and depressed, and broke, I’m trying to do all the right things and everything is going against me. Probably get evicted next week.. life sucks…

One day at a time pj.
Take a deep breath and maybe a short walk to sort of clear your mind and then take another look at the things you have to address today- and tackle those things. Then prioritize the things that can wait until tmw or later and don’t worry about those today. (Don’t borrow tomorrow’s troubles today.)
But yes- life does suck from time to time, for all of us, and it can feel very overwhelming.
