no sir, Section 69, chapter 6, paragraph 24 of the Taco Tuesday Rules and Guidelines specifically states that fat burritos are a suitable exception or supplement for tacos on a Taco Tuesday provided the consumer of said tacos and/or fat burrito has at least one top shelf Margarita(rocks, salt,) with each order of said taco/fat burrito, so on and so forth...
