Currently I’m liking the series where a guy cooks half coherently written recipes from dead Greg’s recipe bag.
It’s a huge ziploc bag divided into smaller ziploc bag “groups” left behind by his roommate’s dyslexic alcoholic uncle when he died. Very entertaining.

Ok, I need more info here. Can he ad lib at all or does he strictly cook as it is written and he can interpret it? I could see this being like the gay historic cooking guy where recipes look like clusterfricks and then the end result is surprisingly not just edible but enjoyable.

Iberville is doing this thing called “a tour of houses” as a fundraiser where you go around to 4 of the nicer houses in town and have appetizers and cocktails at each house and you get to tour it.

He cooks as written when it is written, but a lot of times measurements are left off. He also pronounced things exactly as written.
