This week started out as a shite week. Im sure it will continue to be one.


If I ever decide to build another house, or have one built, I hope three of you kick me in the nuts 5 times each.

After a 20 month build, our house is finished. The only thing left to do is the touch up, walk through and close. Finally. We have had some major issues throughout so its been a long ride


So we told our landlord that December would be our last month in our rental house and we started packing and selling all our old shite because we bought new shite that is in warehoused in sarasota ready to be delivered. Hired a moving company and made a plan

Wednesday, we got a call from the builder saying that they had some kind of facility issue with a new sewage pumping station that had been built "List Station?" and it had failed inspection and was being repaired. So they got a letter from the country saying they could not close anymore homes unless they had a CO in hand until it was fixed and passed inspection. Long story, it is not going to be December or maybe even January

After waiting all this time, the house is done and we cant move in because of a facility issue.

Called our landlord and you guessed it. They have a contract on our rental house January 1st so we are fricking out.


No idea where we are going to live until the issue is fixed. Its peak season in south Florida and the cheapest home in our area that I can find right now is $6500 a month...

I hate these people so bad. Im talking like the Hatfields hated the McCoys.
