I know someone that has kept 10 newborns until the proper custody transfers. It is an important job. I could do that. The adoptive parents are just waiting on legal paperwork so you wouldn't want to keep them.
The children with no parents- I want them all!! But someone I know who was a regular foster quit recently said they could no longer coparent with CPS.
