Yeah, but I didn't buy a plantation. I also had them spray in 2' of insulation in the attic and upped the walls during construction. I went between $75-100 from 2001-2020. It began climbing as soon as that turnip took office.
I will break $200 this month, for the first time since I lived in BR and "fuel adjustments" brought me to $450.
