The last time I was in your area, we looked at a 1bd 1ba condo a few blocks from the beach as a potential investment property. 475 sq ft, $800k + $8400/yr property tax and $900/mo HOA for an absolute dump. You could see a sliver of the ocean from the patio.

damn! that was a neat little festival, it took me about three or four bottles before I developed a taste for garlic wine though

This is my favorite new hot sauce I’ve found. It’s made there. I cannot imagine garlic wine.
