I did not put the trap out, the other shift did. I’ve been actively picking up sticky traps and throwing them away but when I’m not here they put them out.

I can’t stand to see them suffer. Their pitiful squeaks just get to me. I’d be fine with humane traps or even quick kill but I think sticky traps are cruel.

We had mice in our garage last year and we put out sticky traps - a cardinal got stuck so I peeled him off, but I’m not sure if he made it. Once there were mice on the trap, my husband whacked them over the head with a shovel - bc they will come back
