You gotta go to get the good stuff. I bet if you knew someone that had some good Joe back in the day, and that person happened to live in JP, you would be there on the daily.

I swear last time I was there, I brought my friend who's of mixed background. It was like a record scratch when we walked in. But they were very nice and friendly, I just think they recognize who's local and who isn't.
