Good Morning Boys and Girls

I have epilepsy, so I have had a few seizures in my life (luckily I have a long aura, so I can prepare).
I had my first seizure when I was 30, and they think it was from head trauma I had suffered earlier in life.
If you had a grand mal seizure you need to see a neurologist immediately.
Imagine driving, having a seizure, and hitting a family in another car. You need to be responsible, especially if it randomly happened.
Also too much alcohol (and the withdrawal that comes with it), extreme stress, and lack of sleep can be triggers. Can you check any of those boxes?
If you have any questions, ask away.
