Lost a good friend to drinking crazy.
I just read what was going on but I would cut it out cold turkey.
I almost lost my SO and children over my drinking. Just hiding demons I did not want to face.

Glad you conquered your demons Woobie.Or,kept them at bey.
One of the nicest guys I've ever known died around 3 years ago at 55.Totally the result of alcohol.
He was staying with a buddy of mine for a while.He was giving him 1 1/2 oz of vodka every 4 hours.
I've never seen anyone in that kind of misery.It had a profound impact on me.
He suffered horribly in the hospital as his Organs shut down.

It's the tea place owned by Starbucks. If you do Starbucks rewards you can get stars there as well.
They sell a bunch of different types of loose leaf teas. I don't go there often because they are pricey(like $10 for 2 oz of loose leaf tea). It's a nice splurge though every now and then.

My closest uncle died 2 years ago at 49 from substance abuse, my grandfather died in a mental asylum due to it... shite is the devil if you don't watch it.
I know my limits and my demons. I push the line on occasion but I've also learned some hard lessons and able to take inventory on my life pretty quick these days.
