places like chilis have a manager that makes ok $$$, but most everyone under the manager do not give a shite...hence the the crappy food and service.

I dated this girl once that loved Olive Garden... I was embarrassed to be seen there or tell anyone I was going, but we went pretty often.

we went their once and it was horrible. i even called their headquarters to complain the next day...the regional manager called me to apologize and basically said that they can't find good people to hire and that he had somewhat given up.
well that was nice hear..he offered me a free meal, but i said no thanks.

I would always get the endless soup and salad and make redneck my waiter and make sure to throw the salad under the table just so he would have to do more work

i like olive garden...they have some tasty stuff. but the place does kinda have that dirty dish towel smell to it.
