Fin - Lafayette Parish Assessor probably has a web site. Should be a link on there for maps. Go there and you should be able to determine ownership pretty quickly.
The assessor's site has a page where you can search by street address also.

I usually go to assessors site to get tax account number then tax collector site to find tax info including name. Unfortunately tax collector site is down due to uploading 2015 tax roll so I need another way
