That's silly. It's poor form to bare one's midriff in business communication UNLESS it's a holiday.
The problem with man bun guy is that no guy looks like him IRL.
ETA: Paige, I've gotten a surprising amount of CVs/resumes that include a headshot. It basically negates everything good on it.

There isn't a dress code... I dress according to what's planned for the day. I do prefer Fancy Fridays instead of Casual Fridays though.
