Get rid of it. The ethanol in the gas is water soluble in that it absorbs water from the atmosphere. Here in Louisiana it only takes a month or two to waterlog the gas. Adding two stoke oil makes the gas a mixture which doesn't affect the chemical properties of the ethanol. It just colors the gas so you can't tell it's cloudy and waterlogged.
