Yes, for a closet door. 38 1/2"x 82 1/2". Weighs a easy 125 lbs. All oak.

Oh, matches the other doors in the house.

Dumb question, fish. How do you attach the planks to one another, seamlessly? Are there interlocking notches, nails?

No, just had always worked with wood from building boats to houses. I can figure out just about anything.

Yes, a must.

Liz, by molding out a ship lap cut. They over lap each other. All boards are the same thickness.

No nails or screws. Glue holds it all together.

Sorry, I couldn't find a better way to show it. Like a shelf on the bottom of one, glued to the shelf on the top of the other? All I found in a quick search was walls, which looked much easier.
