Still cannot believe that someone actually bought my parent's trailer. We never gutted it either...so the mold was getting really gross. But yeah...they are gonna gut, rebuild, and actually live there. Just insane if you ask me.

We got 4k.
And here is the crazy thing....we had several people inquiring. My dad could have likely gotten 6k if he would have waited a little. We had one guy that was gonna give us 5...but he wasn't approved yet as a tenant and needed to go do all that. We were gonna sell it to him...but then another lady offered 5k right away(she was already an approved tenant). She came and saw it...saw the damage and lowered her offer to 4k. Before I could counter and say 4500...my dad said "done". At least it's one thing he no longer has to stress over.
We sold it Sat am. Notary public guy's office was flooded...so we met in front of it and did it all on the hood of my car. He didn't have a proper bill of sale...so I googled them on my phone and wrote one out on a piece of notebook paper.

Me too. We needed some good news. We can at least use some of that money for moving expenses(renting a moving truck to drive to AZ is NOT cheap)whenever I move them to AZ in Nov.

Mouser. I had no idea. Once I figured out shaggy was a Stoner with the munchies who talked to a dog, I was disillusioned.
Fred just seemed like a player with a party van the Daphne seemed down with. So I guess that left Velma as their 3rd wheel waiting on her chance.
