We gave this to our aging dog to help with his joints and reduce pain for arthritis.

Does this work well for humans or is it more of a placebo effect? I'm in my mid-30s and run a few miles a day. I'm hoping this can ease the pain in the joints.

I saw a 180 day supply at Sams Club that was relatively cheap. Also, they have variations with MSM and without MSM? Is one better than the other?

I used to take it when I lifted weights. I though it worked well. It’s not Reginative but preventative

CBD may help, I suggest a visit to Cajun Cannabis.

The research on it is pretty spotty at the moment. A few control trials have shown positive effects over placebo, but most have not shown any difference. The AAOS currently recommends against glucosamine/chondroitin for arthritic knee pain.

My vet told me to give this to my dog. Think I might start, I've heard it helps them.

This, but when I took it, I did feel better. YMMV
