My brief neighbor's pit bulls story:

Their male and female medium sized PB mixes get out regularly by jumping the fence or digging out.
They run through the neighborhood and attack other animals in other animals' yards.
Toll to date:
Chewed the leg off of a neighbor's caged rabbit.
Killed and chewed a neighbor's cat into an unrecognizable rag doll of blood and guts.
Dragged a live Basset Hound back to their yard and killed it, chewed it, and threw pieces around their yard.
Killed and ate 3 kittens in their basement
More to come I guess.

They have paid fines and vet bills of other's pets but dogs are still there......
