That episode was such crap. Almost all of the footage was filmed at the same lodge. The blue hole that was "strictly off limits to diving" is a popular dive spot. Hell, I've swam in that very spot several times.
The old guy, "Timer" is a fishing guide at the lodge the production crew stayed at while filming. He is a fantastic fishing guide and an even better fullofshit story teller.
I usually enjoy the show. The episode was a joke.

I didn't know the damn things could bite as we would catch little ones every so often when they would try to snare cigar minnows off the line. then fishing buddy of mine that dives too showed me his scar, looked like a parrot bite or something it was so clean. Like flesh was just scooped out his hand.
