Step One: You are on the hook to the Rental Company for them to fix the damage (a reasonable cost to do so), their cost to effect the repairs (pick up & dropoff of the rental car to the repair facility) and the lost revenue the car would have earned the rental car company while it was being repaired.

This is Step Two^

Step Three is to have her (and her tore-up rear end) go after the wreck causer to make good to you on the entire cost that you paid to the rental car company for them to fix the car and their loss of revenue, etc. If she has insurance coverage then her carrier is supposed to do this. If she does not, she will have to sue the wreck-causer (and, if they had insurance coverage at the time of the wreck, the wreck causer's carrier) for these damages.

Aside: Are you from Arkansas, Alabama or Mississippi originally? Folks aren't usually this unwise outside of those three states.
