So, my shop had been infested with mice/rats and the entire shed reeeeked. I have since gotten rid of the mice/rats. My next step is getting rid of the smell. What is the best way to remove this odor? It is terrible.

Cat urine, preferably organic.

Getting rid of rat urine?
Are you not smarter than they?
Now getting rid of the smell of rat urine, that's tougher.
Too bad you didn't ask for that answer.

Call that person whose fart caused a commercial airliner to be evacuated this weekend

Probably a mixture of bleech, cleaning solvent, and bottle of Listerine.
Sweep and vacuum very good cover floor, scrub, and then squeegee out. Also get a spray like ozium

Or he could always take a shortcut and burn it down.

Lol yeah. I mean to get smell out, I'd make sure air is well circulated with a few box fans as well. Maybe painting walls if OP could would help.

To get rid of any urine use several gallons of white vinegar. Just dump it out and let it sit 24 hrs. Then mop it up. Let it dry. You may then take something like "fabuloso" and pour it out overnight. Smell gone.
